Welcome to Sakinah Line – a compassionate support service by Muslim sisters for Muslim sisters.
At Sakinah Line, we understand that life’s challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, and every one of us deserves a space to be heard and supported. Rooted in the principles of the Quran and Sunnah, we provide a confidential, trusted, judgment-free environment for Muslim women grounded in Islamic teachings.
Our mission is to uplift and empower sisters by offering heartfelt support and understanding through life’s ups and downs. We are dedicated to helping you navigate personal, spiritual, and emotional struggles with compassion, empathy, and wisdom from an Islamic perspective.

Sakinah Line works collaboratively with Muslim Community Helpline in recognition of a shared commitment to supporting our respective service users within the Muslim community.
Both organisations are guided by values of compassion, dignity, and culturally-sensitive care. This collaborative working is based on mutual awareness and a shared commitment to the wellbeing of those who access our services.
Each organisation operates with its own governance, safeguarding arrangements, data protection responsibilities, and service delivery models. Neither organisation manages, oversees, nor is responsible for the services provided by the other.
